How to host a Halloween Party that your guests will never forget

A Corporate Halloween Party

A Halloween Party in the UK used to be a little get together for the kids. It consisted of a bit of apple bobbing and a selection of ghost stories. Over recent years, however, this event has become huge, second only to Christmas. Halloween has also found its way into the corporate event world. If you use some clever styling, it can make a real difference to your event.

We have found adding modern lighting and effects to some simple, traditional props creates a whole new experience for guests.

For example, a simple piece of gauze stretched over a window with a moving image of a spirit, accompanied by a localised sound effect adds a real ghostly effect. Or a large oversized, chilling face with moving LED screen, evil eyes will send shivers down their spines.

Table Centres

Our table centres can take this scary event to a new level with Tomb Stones that can be remotely controlled to slowly turn to face a different direction along with a grinding sound effect. This adds to the spooky feel of the night. It can also help to give diners a clear view of the stage, acts and presenters.

Dress ghostly clear candlesticks and candelabras with cobwebs and spiders for a different more contemporary look.

Alternatively, why not add a real party effect by re-creating the ever popular Day of the Dead theme. Lit skulls combined with Mexican maracas can be accompanied by oversized inflatable carnival props. These look great suspended over the dance floor or on the stage.

Whatever you decide for your Halloween party, a combination of props, lights and sounds will certainly give your guests a night to remember.
