Partnering with Event Staging Services, we set out to create a truly immersive experience at the Event Production Show. Our stand, inspired by the grandeur of the Moulin Rouge, was a feast for the senses—featuring our brand-new Kinetic Balloons, Maestro Robots, Pop-up Props, and Neon Rings.
Once Russell and his team expertly assembled the framework, our crew stepped in on Tuesday to add the Parisian styling. With Andy, Gary, Joe, Fred, and TJ at the helm, the transformation was breathtaking. Our draped Parisian backdrop, complete with the glowing Ooh La La sign, created an elegant focal point. Paired with luxe sofas from Staging Services, the stand exuded VIP sophistication.

By Wednesday morning, the exhibition floor was buzzing with excitement. Our iconic inflatable elephant proved an irresistible selfie spot, drawing in crowds. But it wasn’t just the elephant turning heads—the Kinetic Balloons were a showstopper, their hypnotic movements capturing attention from across the hall. Joe worked tirelessly to perfect their programming, and we can’t wait to see these stunning installations creating wave-like effects at future events.
The Maestro Robots also stole the spotlight, demonstrating their ability to conduct dynamic lighting shows. When paired with Pixel Tubes or Neon Rings, they’re set to revolutionise event design. The buzz around them was incredible, with a steady stream of enquiries flooding in—expect to see these high-tech marvels making their debut at events very soon!
and Great Company
While the days were packed with activity, the evenings gave us a chance to unwind. The team made the most of being in London, catching up with supplier friends over a well-earned beer. Reconnecting with industry colleagues was a highlight, reinforcing the fantastic sense of community within the events world.
Thursday was another whirlwind day, with continuous interest and enquiries—especially for Moulin Rouge-themed events coming up this summer and autumn. Back at the office, the team is already busy turning that interest into proposals and bookings!The Show That Keeps on Giving
We’ve been attending EPS for over a decade, and every year it proves to be an invaluable experience. The Visitors' Choice Award
As we were deep in the process of breaking down the stand, we received an incredible surprise—the Visitors’ Choice Award! Winning this was the perfect boost, just when we needed it most. It’s a true privilege to receive this recognition, made all the more special because it was voted for by the very people who visited our stand. A huge thank you to everyone who voted—we are absolutely thrilled!
Fred and TJ’s First EPS
This year marked the first EPS for Fred and TJ, the newest members of the Table Art team. They’ve quickly become invaluable assets, adapting seamlessly to the ever-changing demands of event production. Fred, who has been around Table Art since childhood (not child labor, we promise—he’s Gary’s son!), has fully embraced his role, using his skills in Blender, Illustrator, and Canva to bring event concepts to life—something the sales team has found incredibly useful.
Meanwhile, TJ has been a powerhouse of energy, working with the warehouse team, learning the ropes of order prep, logistics, and event execution. Both of them flourished at EPS, interacting with clients like seasoned professionals. We were so impressed—we’ll definitely be getting them more involved in sales soon!
