The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been a hotly discussed topic around the world, with new cases reported daily
On December 31, 2019, the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) China office heard the first reports of a previously-unknown virus behind a number of pneumonia cases in Wuhan, a city in Eastern China.
The current risk to the UK public has been described by Chief Medical Officers as ‘moderate’, and health professionals are working closely with those affected by the virus.
Like cold and flu, the virus spreads when a person coughs or sneezes. The droplets land on surfaces and can be spread further if touched by another person. People catch the virus when touching their infected hands to their mouth, nose or eyes. Regular hand washing using hand sanitiser or soap is considered the most important precaution to reduce the chances of contamination.
China and other countries are demonstrating that spread of the virus can be slowed and impact reduced. The World Health Organization is quoted:
“…the spread of this virus can be significantly slowed or even reversed through the implementation of robust containment and control activities”
Though there may be a tough summer ahead, things should be back to normal later this year. As a note to all our valued customers and partners, we will be doing everything we can to help accommodate your needs.

Another great review for Table Art!
We recently received a glowing review from Susann for her event at The Slate in Warwick:
Excellent service from Helen and the team at TABLE ART as always, they team listens and makes suggestions without overselling. I am grateful to have this great team on my site, a trusted supplier who helps making my events the success they are. I couldn’t believe it when I first found the company and to be in Leamington, fabulous!
The confetti balloons where a huge hit the year before so I had to top it with something spectacular and this is what we did, the pixel tubes where stunning and the red carpet with the pixel tube pillars were really effective. Thank you!
See you again at my next event!
