We are excited to share the highlights of Table Art Ltd’s recent trip to Cannes for the Data Cloud Awards 2024, hosted by Delinian. This year marked our fourth consecutive year at this prestigious Cannes event. Leading our journey were Andy and Sam, our dynamic husband-and-wife duo. Andy, our Technical Development Manager, and Sam, our Social Media Strategist, bring a combined events experience of 30 years. Remarkably, this was their first international event together as a married couple, and the second married duo at Table Art.
Meticulous Preparations 📝
The adventure began with meticulous preparations at our headquarters in Leamington Spa. Andy and Sam ensured everything was in perfect order before loading up the van. Every item was quadruple-checked to avoid any mishaps during the journey. Once everything was ready, we set off on our scenic route to Cannes.
The Journey to Cannes 🚐
Our trip to the Cannes event started with a drive down to Dover. We took the Channel Tunnel to Calais, marking the beginning of our adventure through France. From Calais, we traveled through Remis and Lyon, experiencing nearly 200 miles of breathtaking French countryside. The journey allowed Andy and Sam to see some of the best Airbnb offerings along the way.
Setting Up at the Venue 🎨
The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès is a stunning venue, familiar to us from previous events. With our extensive experience at this location, setting up was a breeze. Andy and Sam swiftly installed Delinian’s branded vase table centres, which were complemented by stunning metal floral arrangements from a talented local florist. Our in-house printing capabilities ensured that the branded displays were ready in no time, adding a touch of sophistication to the venue.
The Event 🎉
The Data Cloud Awards 2024 was a runaway success. The event was enhanced by dynamic DMX lighting that seamlessly transformed our centrepieces from a formal awards setting to a vibrant evening celebration. The centrepieces flashed in rainbow colours, transitioning effortlessly from corporate to party-ready. It was undeniably the best Data Cloud Awards yet, and we are incredibly proud to have contributed significantly to its success.
A Successful Setup 🚀
Setting up at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès was a smooth process, thanks to our extensive experience at the venue. Our branded vase table centres looked stunning with the addition of metal floral arrangements. The seamless installation process was a testament to our team’s efficiency and expertise.
