Another phenomenal year at the Event Production Show
What a show! Our biggest and best Event Production Show, 2020 is a year we won’t forget in a hurry. The stand was a hive of activity, with the team highlighting the latest from Table Art.
The Event Production Show is the perfect opportunity to showcase the latest design developments from our Table Art Studio. This year we jam packed the stand with all our latest projects, from the DMX trees to our Willy Wonka 3D Printed Table Centre. The stand also featured our new Thought Bubble Centrepieces, the Tiffany Range of Lamps and our Matrix Vases.
Table Art weren’t held back by the confines of the stand either, with additional stands dotted around the show-ground featuring our latest Inflatable Elephant! The perfect stop spot for a cheeky selfie with a life-size elephant.
With MD Gary at the helm, Designer Joe and Tech extraordinaire Andy in support, the stand was a phenomenal success.
An Immersive Experience
A fruitful partnership with WCE AV, it was great to partner with them for the second year running at the Event Production Show.
Working with WCE AV, we strove to make the stand and immersive experience for those that stepped into our world. With a interactive screen arch that programmed seamlessly with our Trees, Poseurs and Centrepieces, at the touch of a button we went from deep forest escapes to fierce fiery scenes.
The key to any immersive event experience is utilizing the Table Art DMX System. A perfect system to program alongside the event AV, you can control the smallest details, from centrepieces to poseur tables.

Thought Bubbles
The new Thought Bubbles were one of the big successes of the Event Production Show. Bobbing around the multiple stands, attendants couldn’t help but marvel at the technical feat. Brand new to our range, we developed them with the team at Gineapig Global. They downsized their large scale Balloon installations to offer something perfectly sized for a Table Centre.
These sensational developments aim to be the next big thing here at Table Art. We envision these taking centre stage of event production, with branding being offered as standard. DMX also comes part of the package here and the coolest part? They can be programmed to rise and fall on command.
For the eagle eyed amongst you, Gineapig Global also had a stand at the Event Production Show. With a giant inflatable Earth floating high above EPS, it was another show stopping focus to the show.

The ExCeL London
This sensational convention centre in the heart of the Custom House area of Canning Town:.
In a nice change of pace, The Event Production Show relocated itself this year. Having been to the ExCeL London for many large scale events, it was a home away from home. A terrific space with ample room for The Event Production Show, Convex and The PA Show. Free to move around, our team took turns exploring the three shows, a great opportunity to meet like minded businesses.
Latest Developments
The Event Production Show is the IDEAL opportunity to showcase the latest from our Design Studio. The Studio has been abuzz with new projects this past year and it has been a thrill to see them take centre stage at EPS. For those that couldn’t attend, I bet you are wondering what you missed?
